If you are new to the city of Denver, this coming Saturday February 26 through Friday, March 11 is Denver Restaurant Week and it is a great opportunity to try some of the best restaurants in Denver at a great price. Participating restaurants will offer guests a multi-course meal with a fixed price of $52.80 for two and $26.40 for one. The fixed price does not include wine or drinks as well as tax or gratuity. Click Denver Restaurant Week to view all participating restaurants. Here are a few of my personal favorites:
- Carmine’s on Penn
Carmine’s offers a friendly, casual atmosphere with classic Italian dishes. Their multi-course meal includes a many options of their best dishes and one example is their Sausage and Peppers appetizer, House Salad, Chicken Marsala, and a 3 Layer Chocolate Cake for dessert. Visit www.carminesonpenn.net to learn more. - Elway’s
Elway’s has two locations in Metro Denver, one in Downtown and another in Cherry Creek. Elway’s features 100% USDA prime beef steaks, a sushi bar, and a large wine collection all within a comfortable dining atmosphere. Guests are able to choose from a variety of options for their multi-course meal, but an example includes a House Salad, USDA Prime Top Sirloin 10 oz, Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes, and S’more in a Cup for dessert. Visit www.elways.com to learn more.
Other favorites of mine include Opids, Max Gill & Grill, Stoubon’s, Ya-Ya’s, Wine Loft, Jack’s Fishloft, and many others.
Join the local community this coming weekend and enjoy a two-week long celebration of Denver’s vast dining options.
