Earlier this year, Denver was named the fifth best city to live for young entrepreneurs by Under30CEO. The ranking is based on resources, events, schools, climate, the social scene, and more. Denver was also rated the seventh best place to live and launch by CNN Real Estate back in 2008, so it is great to see that the city is still known for its entrepreneurial spirit.
Denver came in on the list of best cities for young entrepreneurs behind only New York, San Francisco, Austin, and Boston. The ideal Rocky Mountain setting, well-known sports teams, and terrific skiing locations are all the top reasons young business-minded people to live in the city. Out of the other cities on the list, not one can offer the wide range of adventure and social activities that live in Denver.
On top of these factors, the Denver housing market is expanding and looks much more promising than other U.S. cities. Realtor Magazine revealed that Denver was the fastest-selling real estate market in May 2011, and it shows no signs of slowing down.
If you are a young entrepreneur and would like to learn more about moving to and living in Denver, call me at 888-860-1931. The Mile-High City offers much more than business leads and office space, and I would love to show why more and more people chose to call it home every year.
